The purpose of the center is to form the human potential of competitive specialists who meet modern intellectual requirements and the development strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, meeting international standards.

The Center’s activities are focused on the implementation of the concept of continuous training, optimization of work on the development and strengthening of ties Caspian University with enterprises and organizations. The Center is a link between enterprises, profiling departments, graduates and the administration of the university.


Caspian University has established close contacts with the largest companies that focus on the global market and make appropriate requirements for the level of training. As a result of the university’s targeted activities, the percentage of employment of graduates of CaspianUniversity exceeds 78.8% for the graduation of 2021.

The activity of this center contributes to the expansion of student practice bases and their further employment. The Center conducts training seminars, leadership lectures by famous people and established graduates Caspian University and not only.

Also, the center, together with its employer partners, annually conducts presentations of practice bases and student internships, workshops and webinars. Over the past 3 years, the center has been conducting various thematic marketing seminars and trainings on the current state and main directions of development of the Kazakh labor market.

 In order to strengthen the university’s interaction with employers, since March 2016, Caspian University has been operating The Employers’ Council, which includes a number of large companies and organizations. Through the activities of the Employers’ Council, employers are involved in the development and examination of work curricula and curricula of disciplines in all specialties.

For the participation of companies and employers in the employment of graduates, every year Job Fair/internship. Every year, more than 40 leading Kazakhstani and international companies and organizations actively participate in the fair, actively attracting young specialists for temporary and permanent work. The Job/Internship Fair is attended annually by more than 500 undergraduates and graduates. Of these, more than half of the students receive an offer to be interviewed by the company. Within the framework of the job fair, master classes and seminars are held, where graduates take for themselves information about employment and socio-legal protection of university graduates as part of anti-crisis measures developed by the state.
