The Caspian Public University carries out its activities on the basis of a license from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MES RK).
The national ranking of the best universities in Kazakhstan is held in 2021 for the thirteenth time by the IQAA-ranking agency. “Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education – rating” is a non-profit organization established to improve the quality of education and competitiveness of foreign and Kazakh educational institutions, providing information to interested persons in Kazakhstan and abroad about conscientiously operating educational organizations.
