In accordance with clause 6 of the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2020 No. 512 “On approval of methodological recommendations for organizing the issuance of documents of their own form by organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education”, it is recommended to include in the content of the form inserts, applications:
1.the name of the OVPO;
2. surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the graduate;
3. code and name of the educational program (specialty);
4. awarded degree (if any);
5. Date and number of the minutes of the meeting of the attestation commission on the award of the degree (if any);
6. form of education;
7. signature of the head of the OVPO;
8. the serial registration number is indicated;
9. the date and place (city) of issue is indicated;
10. OVPO is sealed with a seal.
In documents on education of their own sample, the technology of automatic identification and data collection and (or) QR code (at least 3×3 cm in size) is used.
Forms and attachments to education documents of their own design, as well as certificates are printed using printing devices (excluding data that are filled in using printing devices).

7. Exclusive paper for the letterhead (insert) – protected with a watermark “КАZ – ornament – QAZ” – solid, located in relation to the share direction of the paper at an angle of 45 °, alternating in the form of light and dark tones, with a density of 85 g / m2, no optical brighteners. The presence of invisible fibers in the paper that fluoresce under UV rays – blue and red. Fibers visible under normal light are dark red (no UV light).

DOCUMENT FORM DESIGN
– At the top of the documents is the Caspian University logo in an oval golden frame. On the right and left sides of the documents, there is a golden ornamental border.
– The colors of the documents are made according to the PANTONE code.
– The general color scheme is solved by shades of red-pink and blue-blue tones.
